Becker Family

Since 1610, the Becker family has upheld an Alsatian winemaking tradition passed down from father to son. Since 1848, they have also worked as wine merchants, driven year-round by a shared passion for three activities: vine cultivation, aging wines in two-century-old casks, and marketing Alsace wines. The estate has been committed to organic viticulture for 25 years, highlighting exceptional terroirs such as the Grand Crus Froehn, Sonnenglanz, Schoenenbourg, and Schlossberg.

The tasting and sales cellar hosts seasonal events to share these wines and this passion. At the end of the year, the Christmas Cellars, Saint Stephen's Day, Epiphany, and Orthodox Christmas mark the festivities. In spring, ecotourism takes over with Pentecost Monday: an organic winemaker's picnic, organic aperitifs, sensory tastings, and open doors. Summer and early autumn feature walks from mid-July to late August, Heritage Days, grape harvests, and themed evenings.

To extend the experience, a three-star Gîte de France, the Gourmet, is available for weekly rental. The estate also welcomes camper vans through its membership in the France Passion network. Finally, orders can be delivered both within France and abroad.
