For New Year's Eve, we offer an exceptional menu at €118 for the 2026 celebration. The menu begins with an amuse-bouche of duck foie gras balls accompanied by a pear jelly with late-harvest Gewurztraminer. Next, savor seared Breton scallops, black Camargue risotto, and shavings of black truffle, followed by a homemade lemon sorbet topped with Crémant d'Alsace.

The main course features a Limousin beef fillet Wellington, served with a vegetable jardinière. To finish, a pairing of Bleu de Bresse cheese and Pinot Noir precedes a dessert of 65% dark chocolate with candied oranges, Corsican mandarin sorbet, and petit fours.
