Bellemagny Convent Hostel
Bellemagny is a small village in the Alsatian Sundgau region, nestled at the crossroads of the towns of Eteimbes, Bretten, and Saint-Cosme. Located in the Altkirch district, it lies near the border with Franche-Comté. Surrounded by forests, it offers a peaceful and preserved rural setting. The village is also known for its cultural role, notably as the last Alsatian stop on the Saint James Way pilgrimage route, thanks to the convent hostel established in a historic house founded by Father Faller.
The fully renovated hostel offers comfortable and bright rooms equipped with new bedding, a wardrobe, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. Two rooms are adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility and their companions. The convent also provides rooms for organizing meetings, conferences, retreats, or celebrations.
Regarding dining, a daily menu can be served. For more elaborate meals or groups, special requests can be made. The sisters provide a warm welcome and ensure every visitor feels at home.
