Benoit Dillinger Honey

The honey is available for purchase every Monday, either at the weekly market in Molsheim or directly at the Tourist Office. It is also offered at the Boutique l'Empreinte des Créateurs located in Mutzig. Several varieties of honey are available, all produced locally around Mutzig, Still, Gresswiller, Mollkirch, and Grendelbruch.

The flower honey, harvested in spring, is a mild blend with notes of hedges, meadows, fruit trees, and acacia, with an intense yellow-orange color.

The acacia honey, harvested in May on the heights of Mutzig, is distinguished by its clarity and very sweet flavor, awarded a gold medal at the 2025 honey competition of the Alsace Regional Beekeepers Confederation.

The forest honey, dark and harvested in early summer in Mollkirch, combines chestnut, fir, and summer flowers.

The chestnut honey, dark and robust, offers woody aromas with a slight bitterness, harvested in June in the chestnut groves of Mollkirch and awarded a silver medal in 2025. Finally, the fir honey, dark and syrupy, comes from the heights of Grendelbruch and combines woody aromas and resin scents, also awarded a silver medal in 2025. Empty jars are refundable and must be returned when purchasing.
