Jean-Luc currently manages the family vineyard, founded in 1977 by his parents.

Located in an Alsatian house dating back to 1542, the estate notably houses an old period press.

Spanning just over 3 hectares, the vineyard practices sustainable viticulture, strictly limiting the use of phytosanitary products and the number of treatments.

Respect for the environment and careful soil work are at the heart of their approach, recognized by the HVE3 certification obtained on February 28, 2020.

Harvesting is done exclusively by hand.
