Betschdorf
Betschdorf is considered the cradle of Alsatian pottery craftsmanship.
Its pottery is distinguished by a unique stoneware, salt-glazed and decorated with cobalt blue motifs, available in traditional or contemporary styles. The village artisans gladly open their workshops to the public, even offering guided tours to showcase their expertise.
The Pottery Museum, housed in an 18th-century farmhouse, displays a varied collection of ancient and modern ceramics. Beyond this artisanal heritage, Betschdorf offers a preserved natural setting and numerous leisure activities: swimming pool, playground, fitness trail, forest paths, picnic areas, and even a pump track.
