Welcome to Domaine du Charolais, located in the village of Forstfeld.

Founded in 1958, this family farm quickly specialized in breeding Charolais cattle, known for the exceptional quality of their meat and adaptability.

For three generations, expertise has been passed down from father to son with passion, contributing to the development of this breed in the region.

Today, Francis Boehmler and his son Philippe continue this tradition by providing the animals with space suited to their needs.

The cows spend seven months a year grazing outdoors, while in winter they are fed high-quality forage produced directly on the farm.

Thanks to this approach, the meat's traceability is complete: everything is raised, fed, and produced on site, guaranteeing local origin and full transparency about what you consume.
