Borès Marie-Claire and Pierre Estate

Perched at the foot of Ungersberg, the highest hill in the Vosges, the village of Reichsfeld is home to a family-run vineyard nestled among the vines. Marie-Claire, Pierre, and their daughter Marion, independent winemakers, mainly work on the Schieferberg, a unique Alsatian terroir where the slopes can reach 52% incline. This schist soil gives the wines a marked minerality, a lively freshness, and a silky texture that leaves a lasting impression on the palate.

The estate comes alive throughout the year with wine-related events, such as picnics at the winemaker's or participatory harvest days. Every summer, it transforms into a stage for the Soirs à Pressoirs theatre festival.

Wine tasting and sales are available by appointment, Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
