Bouille Farm

Perched on the Alsatian side of the Vosges, the Bouille Farm is a family-run operation dedicated to breeding and selecting Vosgian breed oxen.

This local breed, adapted to its environment, allows the production of high-quality meat, stemming from know-how passed down through generations.

Michèle and Guy-Loup Botter, supported by their four children as available, oversee the daily welfare of the animals. Their commitment and passion for this activity are reflected in the rigorous management of the farm.
