Brasserie Bendorf

The Brasserie Bendorf adventure began modestly in a kitchen in the Neudorf district, where Benjamin, driven by his passion for flavors, started brewing his own beer for himself and his close ones. Today, the team has grown to six cheerful and creative members. True to its origins, the brewery offers seven permanent organic beers, along with a new seasonal creation each month, much to the delight of hop and malt enthusiasts.

Located in Neudorf, Brasserie Bendorf stands out as a committed player in the local community. It favors raw materials from Alsace or Lorraine, such as barley, and collaborates with local artists to design its labels. Concerned about its environmental impact, it gives its spent grains free of charge to a neighboring farmer and relies on sustainable solutions like returnable bottles and growlers. Additionally, it actively participates in solidarity projects: charity brews, support for the preservation of endemic species, and celebrations in partnership with local music labels.
