Brasserie Blüeme

Nestled in the heart of the Pays de la Zorn, in Alteckendorf, the Blüeme microbrewery (whose name means "flower" in Alsatian) occupies the walls of a former pigsty.

Sophie Peuckert passionately crafts artisanal beers here. A blonde beer is available year-round, while seasonal beers vary according to available raw materials and current creations.
