Located in the unique Grillenbreit district of Colmar, just a ten-minute walk from the city center, Brasserie du Grillen combines craft beer brewing with a brewery experience.

You will discover seven organic beers, all brewed and created on-site, available on tap.

The menu also includes soft drinks, wines, and spirits such as gin, rum, and whisky.

To accompany your tastings, local cheese and charcuterie boards are offered, along with a selection of simple and tasty dishes.

A shop is also available to take home your favorite bottles and extend the experience. The brewery's spirit is based on genuine friendliness: friends brewing for other friends.
