Brasserie du Grillen

Located in the industrial and quirky Grillenbreit district of Colmar, just a ten-minute walk from the city center, Brasserie du Grillen is both a brewery and a friendly brewpub.

It brews seven organic craft beers, all created and produced on-site, available on tap for a fresh and authentic tasting.

In addition to its beers, the establishment offers a varied selection of drinks: soft drinks, wines, and spirits including gin, rum, and whisky. To accompany these beverages, local cheese and charcuterie boards are served, along with other simple and tasty dishes.

A shop allows visitors to take home their favorite bottles to extend the brewing experience at home.
