This historic site, where the famous Adelscott was born, now houses a family restaurant run by Jade Debus and Maël Perez.

The establishment draws inspiration from the copper brewing vats to offer a reimagined traditional cuisine, highlighting tarte flambée and exceptional wood-fired meats.

The warm atmosphere, inspired by Bierstubs and Stammtisch, celebrates beer as the perfect complement to gastronomy.
