In Roeschwoog, the Bredele Boutique opens its doors from Tuesday to Saturday. Aude and Evelyne welcome baking enthusiasts to offer a wide selection of equipment and accessories dedicated to making bredele, as well as everyday cakes.

The shop is filled with cookie cutters, with over 500 references available, as well as molds, trays, frames, and rings to vary the pleasures.

You will also find specific products such as Soufflenheim terracotta molds, consumables (fondant, marzipan, edible decorations), and quality ingredients (honey, jams, flours, spices). To guide your creations, a selection of Alsatian recipe books is offered.
