This charming 100 m² semi-detached chalet, perched on the heights of Breitenbach, captivates with its south-facing exposure and preserved natural setting. From the living room, terrace, or master bedroom, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the village and the large Munster valley, as well as the surrounding peaks such as Petit Ballon, the Schnepfenried ski resort, and Honeck. Welcome to Chalet du Chat Perché, a peaceful haven where nature stretches out as far as the eye can see.

Inside, this contemporary chalet combines functionality and elegance. The ground floor features a bright living area with a wood stove, open to a fully equipped kitchen and a well-defined dining space. A separate toilet with a sink completes this floor. Large bay windows lead to a 22 m² terrace, perfect for admiring the landscape.

The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200 cm), the other with a double bed (140x200 cm), a single bed (90x200 cm), and a travel cot available. Each bedroom has storage and a desk area for quiet teleworking, accompanied by mountain views. A large bathroom completes the floor, equipped with a walk-in shower, a balneotherapy bathtub, and a baby bathtub.

Rental conditions vary: outside school holidays, a minimum stay of three nights is required, while during school holidays, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. A cleaning fee of €60 is included in the rental price.
