This independent 3-star apartment, located on the ground floor of a secure property with indoor parking, offers a spacious and comfortable space for 4 to 5 adults. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds (160x190), a large living room equipped with a sofa bed (130x190), a dining area open to the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee maker, dishes, and cleaning products). A large furnished balcony (table, chairs) and a private outdoor area in the garden (table, chairs, deckchair, barbecue) complete the setup.

Bed linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival. The secure entrance and spacious parking can accommodate several vehicles. The accommodation, ideal for hiking and tourism, is close to nature, the city center, and the Alsace wine route, 25 minutes from a ski resort, 35 minutes from Colmar, and 1 hour from Strasbourg. Pets are not allowed and children under 6 years are not admitted as the equipment is not suitable.

Access is possible at any time thanks to a secure key box. The minimum stay is 2 nights. End-of-stay cleaning is charged extra (€40 or €45 depending on the period) and a tourist tax is added to the price (€0.80 or €0.98 per adult per night). Rates vary: €140/night for 4 people during mineral and gem periods (extra €10 for a 5th person), €88/night for 2 people during other periods (extra €10 for a 3rd person), or €90/night for 4 people during the Patchwork period (extra €10 for a 5th person). A 10% discount applies for a one-week stay.
