After years of meticulous work and rigorous selection, the Cognacq family revived the winemaking tradition of this estate, once renowned for its wines produced on the castle's slopes.

Today, seven Alsatian grape varieties are carefully cultivated here, offering a unique and refined tasting experience.

To complement this tasting, the estate's shop also offers a selection of fine Alsatian grocery products: honey, terrines, and foie gras, chosen with the same exacting standards. These products respect local traditions and seasons to preserve the authenticity and culinary richness of Alsace.
