Chalet - Les Jonquilles Refuge

Perched at 900 meters altitude in the Hohneck massif, this chalet is located 6 km before the Gaschney ski resort, in the Altmatt area. Accessible from Muhlbach-sur-Munster via the RD 310 then turning right at the church square, it is ideally situated 32 km from Colmar and 12 km from Munster, while also being the headquarters of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park. The nearest train station is Muhlbach, 7 km away.

The chalet offers 33 beds spread across several rooms: three rooms with 2 beds, three rooms with 3 beds, two rooms with 5 beds, and a dormitory with 8 beds. A fully equipped communal kitchen is available, featuring three hotplates, two ovens, two refrigerators, and a microwave. The lounge, which can accommodate 45 people, has a fireplace for cozy evenings. Bed linens or sleeping bags are mandatory, and bringing slippers is recommended. Separate male and female sanitary facilities include hot water showers.

Nearby, there is a car park with 10 spaces 50 meters away, a bus stop 100 meters away, and dining options 2 km away. Pets are allowed if kept on a leash, and games such as foosball and billiards are available. Access is possible for accompanied disabled persons.
