Chalmont Cottage

Nestled in Lièpvre, in the heart of Alsace, this charming house combines modernity with respect for local heritage.

Designed by architect Julien Jeanroy, it stands at the foot of Chalmont, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The building houses three independent apartments of about 35 m² each, decorated in a wooden and contemporary style, blending comfort with traditional aesthetics.

The owner lives in a renovated barn adjacent to the main house. Each apartment is equipped with a functional kitchen, a 102 cm LED TV, an Italian-style shower, a King Size bed, and other modern amenities for a pleasant stay. The apartment named "Chalmont" can accommodate up to three people: one bedroom with a King Size bed and a trundle bed set up in the living room, with an additional charge of €10 per day for the third person. A washing machine is available for residents to share. Each apartment has a private parking space. Pets are accepted with an additional charge of €8 per day. Rentals are available year-round, suitable for stays in all seasons.
