Chapel of the African Missions
Initiated by Father Muckensturm and consecrated by Monsignor Stebler in 1966, this church is distinguished by its exceptional contemporary stained glass windows created by Father Jean-Paul Schur, himself a student of Tristan Ruhlmann.
The choir also houses a painted canvas. The stained glass window at the back of the building illustrates the story of John the Baptist through a play of symbolic colors that fascinates visitors. Two display cases dedicated to African art complete the visit, recalling the missionary commitment of the community.
