Charles Fahrer Estate
At the foot of the majestic Haut-Koenigsbourg castle, this family-run vineyard passionately cultivates seven Alsatian grape varieties as well as the Grand Cru Praelatenberg appellation.
The latter stands out for its unique terroir, composed of gneiss, a metamorphic rock that gives its wines a distinctive minerality.
Since 2016, the estate has been committed to a demanding environmental approach, obtaining the High Environmental Value (HVE) certification.
This approach helps preserve the soil and biodiversity while producing wines rich in aromas and substance, where the balance between tradition and respect for nature is at the heart of every bottle.
