Clos Sainte-Apolline Wines - Domaine du Bollenberg

From the 6th and 7th centuries, the Saint-Bollen site is mentioned in chronicles. In the 11th century, markets were held there, then a chapel dedicated to Saint Apolline became the parish church for neighboring communities and a pilgrimage site from 1576 onward.

The Sainte-Apolline Bollenberg vineyard, nestled in Alsace, produces a renowned wine whose fame has spread for many years. This success is based on exceptional natural conditions: a limestone soil and a Mediterranean-type microclimate, which give this stony terroir a unique bouquet. It is also the result of the winemakers' expertise and the design of their cellars, ensuring the wine receives the necessary care and an ideal storage temperature.
