Cottage at Lulu's

Just 26 minutes west of Strasbourg, the village of Scharrachbergheim-Irmstett comes alive in the heart of the vineyard hills. Nine minutes from Marlenheim, the gateway to the Alsace Wine Route, this small rural village offers all necessary amenities. Activities abound, from tasting local specialties and walking vineyard trails to cycling along the Bruche canal. Its strategic location also allows quick access to many tourist sites: Obernai in 25 minutes, Mont Sainte-Odile in 40 minutes, Saverne and its marina in 30 minutes, and the Vosges mountains in just 25 minutes.

The cottage, set in the main house of a former farmhouse, provides a spacious and functional area. On the ground floor, a large entrance leads to a vast living room with a lounge area and dining space. The separate kitchen also has a dining corner. Two bedrooms are available on this floor: one with a single bed for a child and another with a double bed. A large bathroom completes this space, equipped with a corner bathtub, shower, washbasin, and a separate toilet. A storage room houses a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, the accommodation continues with a second shower room, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and balcony access, and a fourth bedroom also with a double bed.

For comfort, air conditioning is installed in the upstairs hallway and in the kitchen on the ground floor.

Outside, a private terrace is located in the enclosed courtyard, where a parking space is also available. Access to the ground floor is via about ten steps. Note that the cottage does not offer internet connection.
