Cottage at Schneiget

This three-level detached house, located on the outskirts of the village of Munster in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Natural Park, offers a peaceful setting away from the main road.

It can accommodate between 9 and 11 people in modern comfort, with gas central heating and all necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. The house is especially suited for families or groups seeking independence, featuring a separate master bedroom and an adjoining child's room, as well as a sofa bed in the ground floor living room to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility thanks to a ramp and direct access to the garden.

Pets are accepted on request, subject to specifying their number and size before booking. Hikers will appreciate the many possible departures on foot or by mountain bike to wooded slopes, lakes, and peat bogs such as Frankental or Hohneck, while winter sports enthusiasts will find nearby slopes at Tanet, Markstein, or La Bresse. The region also offers farm inns, cultural sites like Colmar, Strasbourg, or Mulhouse, and picturesque landscapes along the Wine Route. The heated communal pool in Munster is accessible within minutes.

Several events enliven the year, including Christmas markets and transhumance festivals, featuring local specialties like Munster cheese. Outside, the cottage is equipped with surveillance cameras and appropriate lighting, while inside, smoke detectors, fire alarms, and extinguishers ensure occupant safety.
