Cottage "Au Clapier" Mr. SIERANT

This cottage, located at the back of the property on the outskirts of the village, offers a peaceful setting while remaining close to amenities.

On the ground floor, you will enjoy a spacious living room with a dining area and a relaxation corner equipped with a TV and a wood stove for cozy evenings. The open, functional, and modern kitchen includes a dishwasher and a microwave. A shower room with a toilet completes this floor.

Upstairs, two bedrooms are arranged: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds. A washroom with a washing machine is also available. Central heating is included, and beds are made upon your arrival for immediate comfort. A private terrace, furnished and equipped with a barbecue, allows you to enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy. A garage is provided, and another cottage shares the same property.

Shared with the other cottage, you will have access to baby equipment, a green space, a swing, a ping-pong table, and parking in a closed courtyard. Please note that the owner's garage is located in the house.
