The large flowered and wooded garden is shared with the owners.

Independent access leads to a fully equipped kitchen: Senséo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The comfortable bedroom has a 160x200 bed, built-in wardrobe, dresser, large flat-screen TV, and rocking chair.

The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity unit, anti-fog mirror, towel warmer, hairdryer, and wall-mounted toilet.

A fan is available on request.

Bed linen, towels, and dishcloths are provided.

A private parking space is located at the property boundary.
