This fully renovated and equipped cottage, nestled in the peaceful Alsatian village of Berstheim, offers an authentic and warm setting for family or friends' stays. Ideally located just 10 km from Haguenau and 30 km from Strasbourg, it allows guests to fully enjoy the charms of Alsace, especially its famous Christmas markets during the winter season.

The accommodation can host up to 11 people, with 9 beds and a sofa bed for 2. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and microwave, a living room with a TV and dining area, as well as five bedrooms: four double rooms, one single room, and one bedroom/office with a sofa bed and TV. Living spaces are complemented by two bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower) and a separate shower room, plus three toilets.

For added convenience, the cottage offers a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as four parking spaces, two of which are covered. A private terrace with green space and a shared courtyard with other apartments are also available.
