Country Cottage

This 45 m² cottage occupies the first floor of a house lived in by the owner, located in Niederentzen, a rural village 15 km south of Colmar.

The village offers local shops such as a convenience store, a florist, and a gas station, providing both convenience and tranquility to visitors.

Inside, the space is arranged to combine functionality and comfort. On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to the staircase going upstairs. The apartment entrance is furnished with a wardrobe, a desk, a sofa, a table, shelves, and a television. The fully equipped kitchen allows for independent meal preparation.

The bathroom, fitted with a bathtub-shower, a sink with storage cabinet, and a toilet, completes the amenities. Two bedrooms are available: one with a 160 cm bed accompanied by shelves serving as a bedside table, the other with two 90 cm beds. Finally, an outdoor terrace facing southwest invites guests to enjoy relaxing moments in the open air.
