Crêpeline
Run by two friends from the valley, Crêpeline is a creperie that focuses on galettes and crepes with flavors that are traditional, original, and comforting. Located in the former textile storage hall where fabrics awaited printing, the creperie chose the evocative name "Crêpeline," referring to a silk fabric, thus paying tribute to the textile heritage of the Wesserling site.
Opening hours vary by month. From January to April, then October to November, Crêpeline is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., closed Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays. In May, June, September, and December, it welcomes customers Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, always from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., except Mondays and Thursdays. Finally, in July and August, doors remain open until 9 p.m. on Fridays, with similar hours on other days.
