Since 1976, the DE LAFORET workshop, located in Zittersheim in the Northern Vosges, has been preserving artisanal leatherworking skills. In this timeless setting, artisans bring to life bags, office items, and companion pieces, working with cowhide leathers tanned and finished in France. Their creations are recognized by their timeless lines and vibrant colors, blending tradition and modernity.

The story of each item begins in the workshop, where Noémie and the artisans precisely shape the leather, sometimes combined with wood. These meticulous gestures give the piece a soul, a first chapter of life that connects the object to its creator. It is not just a simple product: it is the result of expertise, a mindset, and values passed on to the customer at the boutique purchase.

But the adventure does not end there. It is the use you make of it that will give the object a unique and authentic existence. This second part of the story, written by each owner, in turn nourishes the workshop, creating an endless dialogue between creation and use.
