Diefmatten Fishing Ponds

This tourist site consists of two ponds located at the exit of the village, heading towards Sternenberg. It offers a variety of fishing activities depending on the season: trout (from early March to late January), carp, tench, pike, roach, and sturgeon (the latter must be released back into the water).

Fishing is allowed on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from May 1st to October 31st. Outside this period, only Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are open for trout fishing, from early March until the end of January of the following year. Fishing hours run from sunrise to sunset, not exceeding 9:00 PM.

On site, practical services are available: a small snack bar, a communal barbecue for visitors, and restrooms.
