Dirler-Cadé Estate

This 18-hectare vineyard, managed biodynamically since 1998, is situated on terroirs shaped by the erosion of pink Buntsandstein sandstone. These unique soils impart remarkable finesse and subtlety to the wines, which the estate strives to preserve through environmentally and life-respecting practices.

Since 1998, all vines have been plowed to encourage deep rooting and optimal vitality. Biodynamic preparations, willow, nettle, meadowsweet herbal teas, and horsetail decoctions reinforce this approach, in harmony with natural cycles.

The winemaking continues this rigorous work: grapes, handpicked at peak ripeness, produce concentrated wines marked by beautiful minerality and great elegance.
