Located in the heart of La Petite Venise, the iconic historic district of Colmar in Alsace, the Dock 23 cottage occupies a half-timbered house dating back to 1645. This 145 m² accommodation, accessible via a wooden staircase, can host up to 7 people across two floors.

Fully renovated, it elegantly combines authentic Alsatian materials with contemporary comfort. The spacious apartment includes a separate equipped kitchen, a living room combining dining and lounge areas, and three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and two others each with a double bed. Two bathrooms complete the space, each featuring a walk-in shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. The cottage is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay: bed and bath linens provided, TV, Wi-Fi, smart speaker, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, cleaning products and equipment, safe, childcare equipment, board games, and books. Two balconies offer stunning views of the covered market and the Lauch river.

The cottage is ideally located to explore the charm of the old town. End-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax, mandatory, are extra. Dining is available at the adjacent restaurant, and a private garage is 200 meters away.
