Domaine Ansen

This family-run winery, managed by an engineer-oenologist, continues a family legacy through vineyard plots scattered around the villages of Wangen and Westhoffen.

Committed to organic practices, it produces terroir wines that are healthy and balanced, made exclusively from its own crops. Visitors are invited to explore the world of wine through tastings, sometimes accompanied by local specialties such as Crémantaise or Kougelhopf. Cold or hot meals highlighting regional products are offered in pairing with the estate's wines. For a full immersion, walking routes allow discovery of the geology, flora, and organic farming practices, while visits to the ramparts complete the experience.
