Domaine Armand GILG

Founded in the 16th century in the heart of the village of Mittelbergheim, Domaine Armand Gilg continues a family winemaking tradition while cultivating 30 hectares of vineyards using organic farming. The plots extend over Mittelbergheim as well as the neighboring communes of Eichhoffen, Andlau, Barr, and Gertwiller. A passionate and dedicated team oversees every step of production, from harvest to marketing, to offer consistently high-quality wines such as Crémant d'Alsace, the Grand Crus Moenchberg and Zotzenberg, Klevener de Heiligenstein, as well as Late Harvest and Noble Grain Selections. The estate is proud to offer a wide range of wines, the result of demanding expertise and a pursuit of excellence. Open to all, it welcomes visitors with family or friends in its tasting cellar. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. The historic 16th-century cellars can be visited freely year-round, except during harvest periods, during opening hours.
