Domaine BOTT-GEYL
Founded on a long family tradition dating back to 1795, Domaine Bott-Geyl has been operated by Jean-Christophe Bott since 1993.
Heir to ancestral know-how, he continues the art of viticulture while integrating modern and environmentally respectful practices.
Since 2000, the estate has been converted to organic farming, then to biodynamics in 2002, with natural and minimalist winemaking to preserve the authenticity of the wines.
The 18 hectares of vineyards, including 8 Grands Crus and 4 named plots including a historic Clos, are carefully cultivated to highlight the unique characteristics of each terroir.
Jean-Christophe Bott and his team strive to enhance these specificities through adapted vinifications, combining tradition and ecology. A member of the Biodyvin union, the Collège Culinaire de France, and ACT (Alsace Cru et Terroir), the estate embodies a committed and quality-driven viticultural approach.
