Among them is the renowned Grand Cru Kaefferkopf, a regional emblem, along with all Alsatian grape varieties, Alsace crémants (Brut, Rosé, and Blanc de Noirs), and refined eaux-de-vie accompanied by grape juice.

Our wines are made using ancestral methods, such as static settling and the use of indigenous yeasts, while benefiting from current technological innovations. The harvest is entirely manual, ensuring meticulous care for each bunch. Our cellar, equipped with modern equipment (pneumatic press, temperature-controlled vinification, 12-spout filler, washer/dryer, and automatic labeler), guarantees the production of high-quality wines.
