Domaine de Hombourg
The Domaine de Hombourg, located in Alsace, is a remarkable site marked by the region's industrial history. It was first owned by prominent industrialists, including the Koechlin family, before being acquired in 1922 by the Burrus family, who still own it today. This unique estate combines several iconic elements: a farm whose stable is inspired by the architecture of a medieval castle, built in the 20th century, and a 19th-century castle around which a golf course has developed. Guided tours offered on site allow visitors to discover the historical and technical developments of the estate, while highlighting the lasting influence of the industrial families who shaped it.
