Domaine de l'Envol

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, Domaine de l'Envol, located in Ingersheim, is a family-run estate certified in organic and biodynamic viticulture.

Founded in 2016 by Daniel and Catherine Hirsinger, their parents Bernard and Manuela, and Catherine's partner Raphaël Marchal, this estate embodies a bold vision of Alsace biodynamic wines. Driven by a passion for the vine and wine, the young winemakers strive to express the complexity of the terroirs in their cuvées, guided by values of sharing, authenticity, and conviviality.

The estate offers a varied range of wines, including sparkling wines, single vineyard wines such as Dorfburg in Ingersheim or Bergweingarten in Pfaffenheim, as well as prestigious Grand Crus like Florimont and Wineck-Schlossberg. Enthusiasts can also taste original wines, notably those made by maceration, or sweet wines.

To share their passion, the winemakers offer the opportunity to visit their vineyard by carriage, followed by a tasting. An ideal experience to discover their wines and their working philosophy.
