Domaine du Kaegy

Built in 1565 in Steinbrunn-Le-Bas, the Kaegy Mill, originally used for grinding flour, still bears the marks of nearly five centuries of history.

This Alsatian heritage site was given a new life by Bernard Begat, a Michelin-starred chef, who turned it into a renowned gourmet restaurant.

After two decades of closure, this iconic place was transformed into an exceptional hotel villa: the Domaine du Kaegy.

Today, it offers stays in Alsace, professional events, receptions, and weddings, all within a setting of excellence and impeccable service.
