Domaine Griss Maurice

Domaine Maurice Griss is an Alsatian family vineyard passed down from mother to daughter. Since 2017, Josiane Griss has been cultivating 8.5 hectares of vines in organic conversion on the exceptional terroirs of Ammerschwihr. The grapes, hand-harvested at full maturity, undergo a rigorous selection before a slow and delicate pressing. The vinification, carried out as naturally as possible, produces authentic and characterful wines that faithfully and passionately reflect the local terroir.

At the estate's cellar, Marion, Josiane's niece, warmly welcomes you for tastings of crémant, white and red wines, as well as the prestigious Grand Cru Kaefferkopf and blended wines. To extend the experience, the cellar transforms on certain evenings into a wine bar offering boards of Alsatian specialties. Once a month, a themed gourmet evening is also organized, providing a friendly immersion into the vineyard's world.

Group visits are possible by appointment, with pricing adapted to the number of participants. The estate welcomes the public on Sundays and holidays, by reservation only.
