Domaine HEYWANG

Michèle and Hubert Heywang, organic winemakers of Klevener, craft unique and authentic gastronomic wines. Their approach is based on the combination of their terroirs, meticulous work, and respect for natural rhythms, both in the vineyards and the cellar.

The result: "slow" wines that embody their personality, marked by minerality, concentration, and a saline touch, ideal for long aging.

In the heart of their village, they cultivate an ancestral grape variety, Savagnin Rose, which gives rise to an original wine: Klevener de Heiligenstein. This wine comes in several versions, ranging from dry to sweet, including semi-dry and mellow.
