Domaine Léon Heitzmann & Clément Klur

In the heart of the village of Ammerschwihr, Alsace, Domaine Léon Heitzmann represents a family history where the passion for winemaking has been passed down for seven generations since the 19th century. In 2008, the estate took a major step by adopting biodynamic farming, reflecting the family's deep commitment to environmental respect and the enhancement of the Alsatian terroir. Recently, the acquisition of Clément Klur wines in Katzenthal strengthened the estate while maintaining harmony between tradition and innovation under the guidance of the seventh generation. The cultivation methods and winemaking practices embody these values, resulting in authentic and lively wines. The estate highlights all Alsatian grape varieties, offers unique cuvées, finely crafted Crémants d'Alsace, and exceptional Grands Crus such as Kaefferkopf, Schlossberg, and Wineck-Schlossberg. To share these wines, the estate welcomes visitors, including on public holidays, by appointment.
