Domaine Sick Dreyer

Founded in the 16th century, the Sick estate and the Dreyer estate, created in the 18th century, merged in 1966 under the leadership of Pierre Dreyer, son of the founding Receiver of the Saint-Étienne brotherhood of Alsace, and his uncle René Sick. Since then, Domaine Sick-Dreyer has been managed by the Dreyer family, continuing a centuries-old Alsatian winemaking heritage.

Located 8 km from Colmar, in the heart of the village of Ammerschwihr, the estate covers 13 hectares of vineyards, mainly planted on the best terroirs of the commune. It also owns exceptional plots in the grand cru Mambourg in Sigolsheim, as well as in the neighboring communes of Katzenthal, Ingersheim, and Husseren-les-Châteaux. More than 2 hectares benefit from the Kaefferkopf appellation, the first to be officially recognized in Alsace and now classified as Grand Cru.

All vinification and bottling steps are carried out exclusively on-site, ensuring full control over the quality of the wines produced. The range focuses mainly on single-varietal wines, reflecting the expertise and specificities of Alsatian terroirs.

The estate welcomes visitors on Sundays and public holidays by appointment only. It also offers small meal options, available exclusively by prior reservation.
