Domaine Siebert Wines

Located near the banks of the Bruche Canal, Domaine Siebert is set in a landscape shaped by geological history and wine culture, at the heart of the Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim.

Owned by the Siebert family for several generations, the estate is now managed by Estelle, an oenologist trained in Reims, who chose to settle in Wolxheim after experiences in Champagne, New Zealand, and major wineries.

She works the 8 hectares of vineyard, divided into 26 plots, adopting a careful and committed parcel-by-parcel approach since the 2021 vintage.

Her work is based on soil observation, analysis, and collaboration with specialists to reveal each terroir through precise winemaking choices.

Since 2019, the estate has been certified High Environmental Value and develops viticulture respectful of biodiversity, with hedges, fruit trees, and grass cover in the vineyards contributing to the balance of the local landscape.

Domaine Siebert offers a varied range of wines: Crémants d’Alsace, white and red wines including several sparkling Pinot cuvées, as well as Rieslings including a Grand Cru from Altenberg de Wolxheim, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Auxerrois, Gewurztraminer, Muscat, and Sylvaner.
