Domaine Weinbach - FALLER Catherine and Sons Estate

At Domaine Weinbach, vine cultivation is based on a demanding approach where respect for terroirs and the environment is paramount to obtain grapes of optimal quality, the only ones capable of producing exceptional wines. Viticulture here follows strict principles: yield control, plowing and soil care to promote microbial life and deep rooting of vines, as well as a total absence of herbicides, fertilizers, chemical treatments, or insecticides since 1990. Since 1998, the estate has also applied biodynamic methods, which stimulate soil biological activity and preserve natural balances.

This approach allows the grapes to fully express their terroir, revealing rich and complex flavors in the resulting wines.
