Dominique Boehler Wines

Located in Wolxheim for three generations, this family estate continues the Alsatian winemaking tradition while respecting both heritage and the environment. Certified organic since 2021, it carefully cultivates vines and vinifies its wines, producing the seven Alsatian grape varieties as well as special cuvées, a Grand Cru "Altenberg de Wolxheim," Late Harvest wines, Selection of Noble Berries, and Crémant d'Alsace.

The estate offers cellar tours with tastings and a presentation of its activities. These tours take place Monday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., and by appointment on Sundays. Groups of up to 30 people are accepted (paid), while individual visitors enjoy free tours. Vineyard visits are also available upon request. In addition to winemaking, the estate produces asparagus, available by order with reservation.
