Dopff Au Moulin

Founded in 1574 in Riquewihr, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Alsace, the Dopff "Au Moulin" estate has been preserving the art of winemaking for thirteen generations. Located in the heart of the prestigious Alsace Grand Cru region, it offers a range of exceptional wines regularly awarded: Alsace Crémants, classic wines, estate-grown wines, Grand Crus, late harvests, and selections of Noble Grapes. Each bottle embodies the richness and nobility of the Alsatian terroir, exported worldwide.

A pioneer of Alsace Crémant, Julien Dopff made history by adapting the Champagne method to local wines. His personal museum recounts this epic and immerses visitors in the legend of Alsace wine.

A visit to the cellars is an unforgettable experience. In the tasting room, warm hospitality is provided by Etienne-Arnaud, Pierre-Etienne, or Pierre Dopff, depending on the generation. The atmosphere is friendly, and advice is given precisely in French, German, or English. Tastings are available by reservation.
