Dorothée's Busy Bees - Honey Production

All year round, Dorothée Hubrecht, beekeeper and harvester, welcomes you to discover her honeys and hive products. Among her specialties, don't miss the squirrel's delight, a delicious blend of honey and hazelnuts, the citrus duo, a creamy mix combining flower honey and citrus, or the lumberjack's potion, which subtly blends forest honey and sweet woodruff liqueur.

In December, she also offers artisanal honey gingerbread, available plain, orange, or fig-flavored.

The shop is open from January to November, except in August, and every first Saturday of the month from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. In December, she welcomes visitors every Saturday, always from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
